NO call out charge
I will not charge a fixed call out charge during normal business hours (Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm) no matter whether you are a domestic or business client. Fees will be based on time taken plus parts.
NO fix NO fee
If I cannot diagnose or recommend a course of action upon initial inspection of your problem, I will not charge any fee for time taken to come out to your premises.
NO job too small
I am more than pleased to attend the smallest of jobs such as a dripping tap for example, and will only charge for time taken and parts during normal business hours. A nominal call out charge will be applicable outside of normal business hours.
